These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clues for Good website, games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

About Clues for Good

Clues for Good provides a season-based collection of short, flexible mini-games designed for optional, self-paced play. Individuals may purchase Season Passes to access the game experience.

Each Season Pass includes a built-in support amount that the purchaser may direct to a school, camp, nonprofit, or other eligible organization of their choosing.

Clues for Good is operated by Clues for Good, Inc. (“Clues for Good,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Season Passes & Access

  • A Season Pass provides one person access to the Clues for Good game experience for a defined season (typically 12 weeks).
  • Each Season Pass is for individual use. Multiple people may participate by purchasing multiple passes.
  • Season Passes are non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • Access begins when the season starts (or when otherwise stated) and ends when the season concludes.

We may update, add, or remove games during a season. Specific games or features are not guaranteed.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • All prices are displayed at checkout before purchase.
  • Season Pass purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused time, missed play, or changes in availability.

Organization Support

A portion of each Season Pass purchase (currently $30 per pass) is designated as built-in support and directed to the organization selected by the purchaser at checkout.

  • Organizations that receive support are independent third parties and do not operate or manage the Services.
  • Organizations are not responsible for the operation, availability, or content of Clues for Good.
  • Support amounts and payout timing may vary by season.
  • Payments are issued once per season by check or ACH.

Clues for Good is not responsible for how an organization uses funds once received.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to access or interfere with systems or accounts not authorized to you.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or exploit the games or content.
  • Use the Services in a way that disrupts or harms others.

Intellectual Property

All content, games, designs, text, graphics, and software associated with Clues for Good are owned by or licensed to Clues for Good and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or that the Services will meet all expectations.

Participation is voluntary and for entertainment and personal enjoyment only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clues for Good shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
